Subscription, trial and billing

Buur is not live yet. This guide describes how it works at launch. Details in the app may still change.

Buur has one subscription per VvE. The price depends on the number of apartments in your building. All prices include VAT (BTW).

30-day free trial

You start with a 30-day free trial. That gives you time to see whether Buur suits your VvE. To continue after the trial, you choose monthly or yearly payment.

Monthly prices

• 2 to 5 apartments: €4.90 per month
• 6 to 10 apartments: €7.90 per month
• 11 to 20 apartments: €12.90 per month
• More than 20 apartments: €12.90 plus €0.60 for each apartment above 20, up to a maximum of €29.90 per month

A few examples for larger VvEs:

• 25 apartments: €12.90 + 5 × €0.60 = €15.90 per month
• 40 apartments: €12.90 + 20 × €0.60 = €24.90 per month
• from 49 apartments you pay the maximum of €29.90 per month

Paying yearly

If you pay yearly, you pay 10 times the monthly price, so you get two months free. For a VvE with 8 apartments that is €79.00 per year instead of 12 × €7.90 = €94.80.

Who pays the subscription?

The subscription is a VvE expense. It is common for the VvE to pay it from the owners' regular contributions. Agree on this within your VvE.

You pay the subscription to Buur. Money features for your VvE itself, such as collecting contributions, are coming soon.
