Seamless onboarding
Starting from scratch or suddenly in charge of a VvE? Buur is being built to help you get going step by step, with a guided start that shows what needs doing and in what order.
What we are building
A guided start for new and experienced boards. Buur will ask about the basics of your VvE and turn them into a clear list of first steps. The AI assistant Ben will explain why each step matters.
What you deal with at the start
- A VvE is a legal entity and is registered in the KVK Business Register. A new board must be reported no later than one week after the change. See VvE KVK registration.
- Every VvE keeps a reserve fund, in a separate account in the name of the VvE. See Reserve fund.
- Under the 2017 model regulations, the annual meeting is held within six months after the end of the financial year. See Annual meeting.
What applies to your VvE is set out in your deed of division and regulations. Reviving a VvE that has been inactive for years? Read How to activate a dormant VvE.
