What we are building
One place where owners report a problem and the board assigns and follows up on tasks. Everyone will be able to see what is going on, who is handling it and what has been done.
Maintenance and the budget
Under the 2017 model regulations, the board may not commission maintenance that is not in the budget unless the meeting has approved it in advance. Larger work therefore belongs in the budget and the multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP).
