Buur is being built to make deciding together easier, with clear proposals, straightforward voting and help keeping track of the quorum.
What we are building
Proposals everyone can read in advance, votes that are recorded clearly and a clear result for each decision.
How decisions work
- The meeting decides by an absolute majority of the votes cast, unless your regulations say otherwise (Article 5:127 of the Dutch Civil Code).
- For some decisions your regulations require a quorum or a larger majority. See Quorum and majorities in a VvE.
- Under conditions, a decision can also be taken outside a meeting. See Decision outside a meeting.
