What we are building

Help with preparing, running and recording meetings: drafting the agenda, sending the notice, taking minutes and following up on actions. The AI assistant Ben will help with a first draft of the minutes.

The rules that already apply

  • Under the 2017 model regulations, the notice goes out at least fifteen days in advance, with the agenda and meeting documents. See VvE meeting notice.
  • The board sends the (draft) minutes to every owner within two weeks of the meeting. See Minutes.
  • From 1 January 2027 a VvE may, under conditions, also meet digitally or in a hybrid format. See Digital VvE meetings.
