Storing documents in Buur
Keep your VvE's important papers in one place, so the board and owners can always find them.
Buur is not live yet. This guide describes how it works at launch. Details in the app may still change.
In many VvEs, important papers are spread across inboxes, folders and attics. When the board changes, things easily get lost. In Buur you keep documents with the VvE itself, not with one person.
Which documents belong there?
A good start is:
- the deed of division and any amendments;
- the house rules (huishoudelijk reglement), if your VvE has them;
- minutes and lists of decisions from meetings;
- the multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP);
- the building insurance policy;
- contracts with suppliers, such as for maintenance or cleaning;
- annual accounts and budgets.
Start with the deed of division: it is the most important document of any VvE.
Uploading documents
You upload files and give them a clear name. Owners in your VvE can view them, so everyone works with the same information.
Ben and your documents
Ben, Buur's AI assistant, can help you find information in your documents.
Tips
- Use consistent names, such as "Meeting minutes 2026-03".
- Upload old papers too if you have them. Especially for a dormant VvE, this gives you something to go on.
- Don't store data you don't need, such as copies of ID documents.
